- WHO should attend: Attendance to this event is limited to board members, employees, or other individuals directly associated with local units of government (townships, villages, county government, etc.) in Cass and Van Buren counties.

- TIME: Registration begins at 8:30am, Program: 9-2pm.
- WHERE: Southwestern Michigan College (Dowagiac Campus) at the Fred L. Matthews Library
